Brasserie1 is an informal, contemporary recent addition to this grand Victorian hotel. Brasserie1 and the adjoining Bar have French windows which open out onto a terrace at the front of the hotel with views of the hotel's gardens and the Yorkshire Moors beyond. Decorated in a pleasing mix of modern and traditional design with the benefit of a light bright environment and on winter evenings an open fire adding to the ambience. The menu combines simplicity with excellent locally sourced ingredients and offers a relatively narrow selection to ensure a consistently high standard with the choice changing regularly to maximise the use of produce appropriate to each season.

Our wedding suites have been approved by the local authority as being suitable for the staging of wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships as well as re-affirmation and naming ceremonies. There is a charge of £300 to hold a civil ceremony at The Craiglands Hotel. Registrars fees are not included within the civil ceremony charge. The Booking of the Registrar must be done in person at The Registrars Office, Bradford City Council Telephone: 01274 432 151 A day and time can be reserved at the Office. You can also serve notice at the same time, if there is less than 90 days to your wedding date and you reside in our district.
